Guangzhou Mei Chun Textile Garment was founded in 2006 as a manufacturing group integrated both garment and denim fabrics. We produce different types of denim apparel, including jeans, jackets, pants, skirts and shirts. We have over 300 experienced employees to fulfill international orders.
Located in Huadu, our two factories cover over 60,000 square meters and have production facilities, laboratories, administration building as well as dormitories. We employ 1,600 workers to facilitate our production lines. We provide a one-stop-shopping platform for our customers, starting from the selection of raw material to yarn spinning, dyeing, weaving, sorting, textile finishing, production and laundry. For denim fabric collection, we are capable of producing fabrics weighing 4 to 14oz, 60,000 yards/day, 2 million yards/month and 24 million yards/year. Our cotton is purchased from mainland China and Pakistan.
Having three designers with over 15 years' experience, we can release 100 new items monthly. We can provide various materials available in different wash styles. Our lead time for samples can be as fast as within seven days. For urgent samples, we can provide it in two days.
In order to maintain consistent and high-quality production, we installed the finest equipment from Germany, Switzerland and Italy. Our four QC specialists with 10 years' experience operate stringent QA and QC planning with highly trained and competent management and production teams. As a result, our end products are ITS- and GSG-certified.
